Spark Solutions Group began as Cowan’s Retail Systems in 1974 and was re-branded as Cowans Restaurant Solutions in 2011 to focus on our strengths in the restaurant market. In 2013 with the acquisition of the MICROS authorized distributorship in Boise and Spokane, Cowans became Spark Solutions Group.
Spark Solutions Group emphasizes customer support and specializes in providing customers with staff that has extensive restaurant and POS technology experience.
